Don't make the mistake of buying a property and not know the water depth or use an agent who doesn't know. Just because there is 5' of water at the pier that doesn't mean you'll have 5' feet of water at the mouth of the creek. Either myself or one of my two sons will happy to check for you. A boat will be put over and you can come along if you like. Depths are shown electronically and when in question they are checked the old fashion way, with a sounding pole.
