About Ken Smith, Your Virginia Waterfront Real Estate Agent and
Northern Neck Realtor
My name is
Ken Smith, a native of the Northern Neck. I have seen a lot of changes
here in my lifetime some for the good some for the not so good.
I have done several things in my life to earn a living and most of them
have been water related.
As a commercial waterman I think I have been in every creek from the
Potomac River Bridge to Smith Point and I have been up every river from
the Potomac to the James.
Although Real Estate is my profession now I still hold a Commercial
Fishing License.
Since becoming a realtor I have won Sales Awards in the Platinum
Division and been designated as an Accredited Buyer's Representative by
a division of the National Association of Realtors. With my sales
experience and my knowledge of the Northern Neck and the water I have
won the trust of many clients. I hope you will become one of them.
Northern Neck
Real Estate and waterfront property are my specialty and advocate for
clean and healthy Chesapeake Bay.
I
represent Virginia's watermen before the Marine Resource
Commission and the General Assembly. I have been appointed by the
Secretary of Natural Resources to the Stakeholders Advisory Group to
help in implementing a plan that will meet the goals set forth by the
Environmental Protection Agency for a clean and healthy Bay.
Being an advocate for the Chesapeake
Bay I sit on various committees. Including Senator Richard
Stuart's Chesapeake Bay Task Force and Congressman Rob Wittman's 1st
District Environmental Advisory Council, VMRC's "Shellfish Management
Advisory Committee" and "Blue Crab Advisory Committee".
A full service Realtor in the Northern Neck.
