I just listed a 1 acre lot on Hull Creek. It is in the sub-division of Pleasant Pointe. The name should say it all about the sub-division.
I have a few days before I am required to place this listing in the Northern Neck MLS.  Since I have a few days I thought I would send it to all my contacts and give them a chance to see the property or pass it along to a friend before it becomes available to all.
