"Economical Stimulus Package" where the plan would give tax rebates of
up to $1,200 for households, with $300 more for each child. |

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government-sponsored
mortgage finance companies, will be allowed to buy loans worth as much
as $729,750 for loans made between July 31, 2007 and Dec. 31, 2008, an
increase over the current $417,000 loan limit. It will also allow the
Federal Housing Administration to insure loans as high as $729,750 in
expensive markets. |

I hadn't heard it either but Saturday morning when I
was drinking coffee with my coffee buddies our congressman, Rob Wittman
came in and sat down with us. After telling us about his recent trip to
Iraq he tells me that I should be glad to know the FHA will guarantee
Jumbo Loans up to $729,750. |

He was wrong about glad. It is more like ecstatic.
I've been telling my clients and whose that ask that now is a great time
to buy with the lower market prices.
