Northern Neck Real Estate and Politics
Sometimes I feel as though I need to slow down on political issues and concentrate more on the Northern Neck Real Estate market.
Then I realize that my passion for the Chesapeake Bay really does coincide with my real estate job.
Today I go to Newport News, not to another VMRC meeting but to speak at a luncheon about the oyster industry and watermen.
Saving the bay is more than a $25 contribution and a bumper sticker. Letters to local and state elected officials will do much more.
This is the way I feel about being a real estate agent, a commercial waterman, and an advocate for a clean bay. Any real estate can tell you the good places to eat but I know more about the water and what is effecting the Bay than any of the others.
