Northern Neck Real Estate

I've been negligent about getting this newsletter out in the last year. Maybe even a little longer. I'd have to go back and see when I stopped making monthly contact.
I find it hard to push a product when you have a hard time believing in it. Don't get me wrong. I love the Northern Neck and everything about it. I believe in it and this is where I'm in my comfort zone. I find growing up and living here priceless but would I have wanted to pay the price? I guess that's relative to how much money you have but it got to point that I said enough.
Last year all I did was help a few people find a really good deal. This year I'm a little (actually a lot) more optimistic.
I see a lot of traffic coming through the website and many homes have really come down in price. There are at least 3 lots out there right now under $200,000 that I think are quality lots. I would consider them if I were in the market. You can always Search the Northern Neck' Multiple Listings but if you want more detail such as days on the market then please email me and ask. My job is to help you.
I've been toying with an idea for several weeks now and I need some input. I would like to do a Northern Neck tour 1 or 2 times a month. What I had in mind was renting a passenger van and giving a 2-3 hour tour of areas of the Northern Neck. Most of my clients (well over 95%) are what I would say are socio-economically compatible and I thought it might be fun to do a first time trip of the Northern Neck as a group. If I have as many as 4 interested the first group tour would be on March 21, 2009. If you have an interest then please call or email me soon so I can start making the plans. If you want to come and spend the night or weekend then let me know and I can recommend some places to stay. Believe it or not, it can be difficult at times to find a place so planning early is important.
My real estate updates for this month include:
  • Details Of The Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
  • Why Buy a Home Now
  • Mortgages That Survived The Credit Crunch
  • The Ripple Effect of The Non-Repayable Tax Credit
  • The Incentive for Greening American Homes
  • It's a Good Time To Remodel"
Remember to Search the Northern Neck' Multiple Listings and call me if you see something of interest.
