It's hard to believe how fast the summer is passing. We just got through Memorial Day and here it is the 4th of July already. You'll notice that in the events section of this e-mail I have given you a link to the happenings here in the Northern Neck for this month. I'd love to bump into you at one of them.
It is funny what a different world I live in than most of my clients. I don't think stress has ever been a part of Northern Neck culture.
I think it is busy and fast paced (stressful) when I get to a stop sign and have to wait for 5 or 6 cars to pass before I can pull into the road so I can't imagine being on the schedule that most of my clients are. 
What is really funny is that even though I live in this world that seems like it is in a by gone era I still don't have time to do all the things I want to.

Real estate is plugging along here. There were enough sales in May and June that we now have some comps to show clients. This is the best tool for buyers. Know the market! If the seller doesn't like your offer then another one will. Especially if the seller's agent is showing the seller those same comps.
 
 One of the articles  in my July Real Estate Update is about second homes and it helps make my point. The following is from that article:
