| April is over and
May is finally here. the crabs are running, the fish are biting, and property in
the Northern Neck is selling. |
| April was
really a funny month. We started off with a snowstorm that gave us more snow
than we have had in years. Before the month ended we had temperatures in the
upper 80s. During that entire time contracts were being written. |
| Sales are up this
year but there is still a lot of inventory on the market. Unlike a couple of
years ago buyers now have a chance to shop instead of buying what's left. While
showing property this spring I've been impressed with some of the homes and
prices that are out there. |
| If you have time go
to my website
and searched the Northern Neck MLS. If it's been awhile since your last
search you might be surprised to see what is out there. I realize that searching
MLS can be time consuming and if you would like I'll do the search for you. Just
e-mail me what you would like to find and the price you would like to stay
within. Do that and I'll e-mail you the results. |
