directions. You go look
at it for yourself. You

them to look for you. If
your agent doesnt agree
then you need a new
agent. Here are the
directions. Take Route 3
to Montross, VA at the
stop light (there is
only one) take Route 645
(Zacata Road) follow
Zacata Road almost to
the end on the LEFT
will be my sign (Red and
White Ken Smith sign)
I also have property
just before this on the
right but keep going
about a 100 yards past
that and look to your
left turn on to the
new road and go to
cul-de-sac you will
see a lot of stakes but
3 of the stakes have
yellow tape on them
between the first yellow
taped stake on your left
and the middle yellow
taped stake is the
entrance to Lot 3 this
is the lot I want you to
see I also have the
adjoining lot for sell
