The sun is shining, the temperature is in the
low 80's, and the Northern Neck real estate market is booming! APRIL FOOL!
Actually it has been raining here for the last 3 days and it feels like spring
is never going to get here. The market is certainly not booming but sales here
on Northern Neck real estate have picked up.

estate clients looking to buy love this news my clients that have properties
listed with me don't like hearing this. But it is reality. Remember everything
is negoitable in today's Northern Neck real estate market and it is no different
on Northern Neck real estate. Concessions are going to be made in Northern Neck
real estate even in the best priced homes if a sale is to occur. Keep searching

Tomorrow is Saturday. The sun is suppose to come out with maybe a shower and
temperatures near 60. By Tuesday it is suppose to be in the 70's so maybe spring
is right around the here in the Northern Neck corner.
