| Mortgage rates are low now. Even jumbo loans are below 5% and prices are lower than they have been in a long, long time. And I seriously doubt that any of the prices are firm. The only way to find out how good a deal you can get is to make an offer. |
| Go ahead and search for Northern Neck Real Estate now because hopefully in November we are going to get a new bunch of accountants (ones that are accountable) and come out of this slump. |
